According to the wall position determined by the design, put the wall line on the ground, and lead the line to the ceiling and the side wall.
Concrete wall pad construction
First clean the contact part of the wall pad with the floor and the ground, apply the interface treatment agent, and then pour the C20 concrete wall pad. The top surface of the wall pad should be flat and the two sides should be vertical.
Install along the ground and along the top keel

Installing vertical keel

When the size of the last keel from the wall is greater than the specified keel spacing, an additional keel must be added. The upper and lower ends of the keel shall be fixed with rivets or self-tapping screws along the top and the ground.
Fixed door and window frames
The door and window frame is in place according to the design position, and is connected with the vertical keel, along the ground, and along the top keel. Wooden door and window frames can be fixed with wood screws, and steel and aluminum alloy door and window frames can be fixed with self-tapping screws.
Installing drywall
When installing gypsum boards, they should be arranged vertically, and the gypsum boards on both sides of the keel should be staggered. The plasterboard and keel can be fixed with self-tapping screws. 25mm self-tapping screws for 12mm thick gypsum board; 35mm self-tapping screws for two layers of 12mm thick gypsum board. The self-tapping screws should be at least 10 mm away from the edge of the plasterboard, and at least 15 mm within the edge of the cut board. The screw cap should be buried in the board, but the paper surface must not be damaged. The self-tapping screw's middle distance should be 250mm around the board and 300mm in the middle of the board.
Seam processing
In addition to open seams, the horizontal and vertical joints of the gypsum board partition wall (including the joints between the gypsum board and the gypsum board and the ceiling and side walls) must be caulked and bonded with a seam tape.
Hidden stitch processing program:
Joint seam putty: Sweep the floating soil in the seam, and use a small knife to insert the putty into the seam and level the board seam.
Scraping the bottom putty: After the caulking putty finally coagulates, scrape about 1mm thick putty on the seam and paste the fiberglass tape, and then use a knife to press and scrape from the top to the next direction to smooth the extra putty from the mesh of the belt Squeeze out.
Scrape the middle layer of putty: When the bottom layer of putty is solidified and still wet, scrape the putty with a large knife, bury the glass fiber ribbon in the putty layer, and fill the wedge-shaped edges of the gypsum board to level.
